  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Note: Processing time may vary during high-demand seasons (e.g., festivals, sales, Diwali offers) or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • We ship orders across India via trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others.

  • Typical delivery timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

    • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or local restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India (unless otherwise specified during special promotions or bulk orders).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply — displayed during checkout.

  • International shipping (if applicable) will have variable rates calculated based on weight, destination, and courier partner.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the notification or by visiting the courier partner’s website.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
